The PinkCo Collective

You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone

An 8-week strength training program for women navigating medically induced menopause after cancer treatment.

Small groups.

Clinical support.

A community that understands.

Clinically Supported. Deeply Personal.

The Pink Co Collective is delivered in partnership with the McGrath Breast Care Nurses in Mackay, bringing together specialised exercise programming with the clinical expertise of one of Australia's most trusted cancer support networks.

This isn't a generic fitness class. Every element of this program has been shaped around the specific needs of women living with medically induced menopause as a result of cancer treatment. From the exercises we choose to the way we structure each session, clinical insight guides everything we do.

Strength, Balance & Support — All in One Place

Eight weeks designed to rebuild confidence, physical strength, and connection — supporting your body, mind, and hormones in harmony, within a space where you are understood.

Guided Strength Training

Progressive resistance training great for bone health, adapted to your body's current needs. Sessions are designed by exercise professionals who understand post-treatment recovery, fatigue, and the realities of medically induced menopause.

Education, Nutrition & Resources

Access supportive tools including workbooks, journals, meal guidance, and training resources designed to support energy, recovery, and hormonal wellbeing. Educational sessions cover menopause, mindset, movement, and nutrition — with expert guest speakers throughout the program.

Symptom Tracking & Awareness

You’ll be guided to better understand and track your symptoms — from energy levels and sleep to mood and physical changes — helping you feel more in control of your body and how it responds to training, nutrition, and daily life.

Community & Connection

With a maximum of 12 women per group, you'll train alongside others who truly get it. No need to explain your fatigue, your fears, or your frustrations. This is a space where your experience is shared and understood.

Clinical Oversight

Every participant is assessed by Denise McCallum before the program begins. Ongoing clinical oversight ensures your training is safe, appropriate, and responsive to your needs at every stage.

Ongoing Guidance from CJ

FemCo founder Caroline (CJ) provides weekly support, education and live sessions throughout the program. You always have someone in your corner, guiding and championing your progress.

Built to Support You — Safely

Every element of the Pink Co Collective is designed with safety at its core. From exercise selection to symptom management and recovery strategies, this program works alongside your body — not against it — supporting you through medically induced menopause with care, expertise, and understanding.

Made for Women Living With What Comes After

This program is specifically designed for women experiencing medically induced menopause as a result of cancer treatment. Women whose bodies have been changed in ways that most fitness programs simply don't account for. Whether you finished treatment recently or years ago, if you're navigating the physical and emotional effects of sudden hormonal change, this space was created for you.

Medically induced menopause can feel isolating and overwhelming. The PinkCo Collective is here to remind you that you're not alone. You don't need to be fit. You don't need to have trained before. You just need to be ready to take a step forward, at whatever pace feels right for you.

Stronger Together

The Pink Co Collective is more than just a training program. It's a space built on connection, education, and empowerment. Created by FemCo founder CJ and supported by the McGrath Breast Care Nurses, it brings together women who have walked through something most people can’t fully understand.
